Warranties and Return Policy
Assembled Products
All assembled products are guaranteed to be working and will be warranted against defects for 30 days from date of purchase.
Returns of these items are also accepted for full credit, minus shipping within 14 days of purchase.
Kits
Kits are considered to be experimental and are not returnable. We will replace any missing components free if notified within 30 from order date. If assembly help is required, please e-mail us.
Any request for request for rework or troubleshooting of a kit you purchased from us is subject to a $25 minimum plus shipping. We will accept rework requests on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail our customer support if you need help with a kit.
Shipping Policy
ACCX Products ships via U.S. Postal Service flat-rate delivery. Multiple items going to the same location will have any shipping discounts reflected in the total price at checkout.
International customers: The shipping calculator will provide an estimate for shipping to your location. You are responsible for any duties payable on arrival.
Bulk Orders
Items listed for sale in the on-line store ship from stock on hand. If you would like to arrange a purchase of larger quantities of a board or other item, the lead time is normally 2-3 weeks. Please contact us at sales@accxproducts.com and we can discuss your needs.
